If you are provided an SMTP server by your ISP provider, you may wish to utilize that server, as we are finding more and more clients having difficulty connecting to our SMTP (sending email) server.
Please contact your ISP to identify your official SMTP server.

A mailserver attack occurred from 12:00PM to 1:00PM EST. This resulted in a large number of emails flooding the server from external sources, resulting in mailserver instability. We have mitigated the issue, and are now watching the mailserver logs for further issues.
